Dupont Park Seventh Day Adventist

We planted 12 native shade trees at a Ward 7 church with support from the Arbor Day Foundation, Casey Trees, and our friends at Groundswell.

We planted 8 different species of native trees that will grow into a strong, diverse canopy that will shade smaller understory trees that will be planted next spring. Some trees we planted, like the pond cypress, can live for more than a 1,000 years!
