Green Compass supported the Organization of American States (OAS) complete an efficient lighting retrofit across five of its commercial buildings in Washington, DC. As part of this effort, Green Compass consulted on an energy audit and LED retrofit project that reduced scope 2 emissions by 7%. The OAS now enjoys annual utility savings totaling $38,000 and benefited from more than $24,000 in rebates. The installation was completed in 2019.
