Green Compass facilitated a roof repair and rooftop solar installation for three multifamily buildings with $0 project costs to ownership through the District’s Solar for All program.  The solar system includes a 164 kW community renewable energy facility coupled with $175,000 worth of roof rehabilitation across three buildings. These solar systems produce electricity that is used to cut bills in half for income-qualified DC residents. Installation and interconnection was completed in 2020.
